You will receive images of the raw data and of the analysis result for each well (JPEG and TIFF) in addition to the numerical results (.txt and Excel files). In addition, all counting parameters and the spot size distribution will be recorded. The data can either be down loaded via the internet, or will be sent to you on CD or DVD discs. The returned data contains the full audit trail, providing transparence on how the results were obtained and permitting reproduction/reanalysis of the data.

Yes, CTL can perform the plate scanning, and send the raw images back to you. This gives you the option of performing the analysis yourself using the ImmunoSpot® software.
