CTL SpotMap^® software is an indepensable data management tool for high volume ELISPOT data processing. SpotMap^® allows the user to link spot counts with a wide array of donor, antigen, and reagent information and to process/manage all the data.  Additionally, SpotMap^® helps to set up the experiment layout, calculate the quantities of reagents needed and permits protocol change during implementation.
