- HLA-type low/high resolution for three Class I and four Class II loci
- Cytokine responses to 24 Class II individual CEF peptides, 32 Class I individual CEF-peptides, two Class I CEF peptide pools, one Class II CEF-peptide pool, and six protein-antigens
- Demographics: Age, Gender, Ethnicity
- Blood type (ABO and Rh Group/Type)
- Vaccination status for Vaccinia, TB, and Hepatitis B
